Daniel Owen Ltd is excited to present an opportunity for two skilled Repairs Operations Supervisors to oversee a variety of maintenance projects within the West London region. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of repairs and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise the execution of repairs contracts, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity among operatives.
2. Ensure that all subcontractor and supplier tasks are performed according to the provided work sheets and within the designated timeframes, meeting all contract KPI targets.
3. Act as a liaison for customers, addressing any inquiries or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
4. Guarantee that all works are completed punctually and to a high-quality standard, fulfilling client expectations.
5. Ensure that all documentation and reports are accurately completed and submitted in accordance with company protocols.
6. Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations on-site, ensuring a safe working environment.
7. Share responsibility for maintaining a tidy and safe workplace.
8. Complete time sheets, work sheets, and reports as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor in the social housing sector.
- Background in managing reactive repairs, voids, or planned works projects.
- Proficient in IT applications.
