About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team at Browns Sutton Park. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run a section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Prepare and cook menu items to specification, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Train and mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve seamless service delivery.

Requirements
