Role Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Interpreting and clarifying requirements from customers and stakeholders.
  • Establishing and defining system architecture along with interface specifications.
  • Managing requirements and drafting specifications for both internal and external partners.
  • Conducting trade-off analyses to identify optimal solutions.
  • Producing essential project documentation, including Requirements Management Plans and Compliance Reports.
  • Tracking and validating requirements through comprehensive matrices and summaries.
  • Ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
  • Identifying technical risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contributing to the development of best practices within the engineering function.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Experience with hydraulic, mechanical, or electro-mechanical systems.
  • Proficient in requirements management.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in conducting trade studies and optimizing engineering solutions.
  • Background in system development through various analyses.
  • Proven track record in producing key project deliverables.
  • Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in Aerospace or Defense sectors.
  • Familiarity with analytical methods and performance modeling.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and systems thinking.
