Position Summary:
- Drive the execution of enhancement and action strategies derived from employee feedback surveys
- Offer in-role mentorship to operational leaders regarding employee and engagement practices
- Facilitate the deployment of the Placemaker Pathway training program
- Act as a representative for ISS on the One Team Forum
Main Duties:
- Oversee the implementation of MyVoice Action Plans
- Participate in the development of collaborative policies within the One Team Forum
- Conduct Placemaker Pathway training sessions
- Provide in-role guidance on employee and engagement matters
- Maintain connections with the ISS Learning & Development team and People & Culture for training and growth opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Positive demeanor and capability to foster a welcoming atmosphere
- Certification as an ISS Train the Trainer
- Strong communication abilities
- Familiarity with ISS engagement tools and learning strategies
- Comprehension of employee processes, including employee relations
