Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced senior leader to join our team as a Senior Leadership Associate. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting headteachers, induction tutors, and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with the induction assessment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support schools in developing ECT practice and ensuring compliance with DfE guidance and the Early Careers Framework.
  • Review induction assessment documentation and provide actionable developmental feedback to ECTs.
  • Collaborate with school senior leaders and central leaders to develop Appropriate Body services.
  • Provide expert guidance on pedagogical techniques and evidence-informed practice.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with headteachers, induction tutors, and ECTs.

Requirements

  • Credibility as an experienced and successful school senior leader with a demonstrable track record of success, particularly in improving teaching.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
