Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Depot Manager to join our team at Crown Oil UK as we continue to grow and expand our operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our success, overseeing all aspects of the depot, from sales and people management to operational strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the depot, ensuring seamless operations and efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and drive business growth.
  • Lead and motivate a team of depot staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize depot operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the UPVC/Building Plastics industry.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
