About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our team as a Senior Clinical Nurse Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care in our inpatient environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to junior staff, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
  • Develop and implement clinical development plans to enhance the skills and knowledge of nursing staff.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective assessment, formulation, planning, and monitoring of patient care.
  • Conduct clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to drive best practice and patient outcomes.
  • Support the implementation of local and national improvement strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 1st level registered nurse with current NMC Registration.
  • Mentorship registered with NMC.
  • High level knowledge and experience of models of practice in social and health care, including CBT-based interventions.
  • Knowledge and working experience of interventions and strategies that address social and health care needs.
  • Current national legislative and professional requirements relating to social and health care.
