Daily responsibilities include:

Develop and implement training programs to meet operational and legal standards at the operative level. Ensure that weekly training schedules are executed to fulfill operational training needs, including onboarding new employees and cross-training existing staff. Maintain a comprehensive record of all training activities to comply with site legislative requirements. Conduct training across all operational sectors to a high standard, while creating innovative and effective methods to enhance DCO speed to competency.

Qualifications for success at GXO:

Familiarity with the operational roles being trained. Strong understanding of the training cycle along with facilitation and coaching skills. Previous experience in a comparable position. Proven track record in delivering training on a large scale at the operative level.
