Job Title:

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Required

Overview:

Williams Manufacturing is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production and process machinery within a plastics manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Carrying out both reactive and pre-planned maintenance following a CMMS system.
  2. Working on a wide range of production and process machinery, including hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, drives, rivets, belts, and pumps.
  3. Participating in strip down and rebuild activities, continuous improvement projects, and facilities maintenance when necessary.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A mechanical maintenance background, with experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Sound knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • Apprentice-trained or equivalent qualifications.
