Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to residents, adhering to their individual care plans.
  • Contribute to creating a warm and welcoming environment, engaging in activities that promote residents' wellbeing.
  • Adhere to Meallmore's standards, policies, and procedures, as well as national care standards.
  • Collaborate with care staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Perform personal care duties, including assisting with daily living tasks.
Desirable Skills
  • Working towards SSSC registration requirements.
  • SVQ level 2 or above/equivalent in Health and Social Care (as per SSSC guidelines).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A kind and caring nature.
