The Role: Paid Social Manager

We are seeking a talented Paid Social Manager to spearhead paid advertising strategies for our diverse clientele on Meta and TikTok. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Paid Social to achieve ambitious acquisition goals and ensure client success.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive new customer growth through strategic and data-driven paid ad campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize high-performing advertising campaigns across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and objectives, translating them into effective advertising strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in paid social advertising.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience managing Meta and TikTok ad campaigns for e-commerce businesses.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce marketing principles and strategies.
  • Proficiency in Shopify, Klaviyo, and Triple Whale.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
