About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and flexible Night Stock Assistant to join our team at The Entertainer, a leading toy retailer. As a Night Stock Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our stores are fully stocked and ready for the next day's busy trade.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accepting deliveries and working with delivery stock to ensure it is properly stored and displayed on the shop floor.
  • Replenishing sections from the stockroom and merchandising as needed to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Pricing, tagging, and ensuring price sweep compliance to maintain accurate pricing and promotions.
  • Setting up promotional displays and maintaining window displays to attract customers.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Working Hours

This is a seasonal role, with a 20-hour contract initially, which will increase to 37.5 hours per week. You will work night shifts, typically starting at 10pm or 11pm, and will be required to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Trustworthiness and responsibility to achieve tasks set, with good communication skills to resolve any issues that may arise.
