About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and encouragement to individuals with disabilities to enable them to live a life that adds up for them.
  • Work collaboratively with the individual, their family, and other professionals to develop and implement personalized support plans.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Support individuals to access community resources and activities that promote their wellbeing and independence.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure the highest standards of care and support.
