Job Title: Digital Systems Validation Engineer

Join our team at Manpower Group (UK) as a Digital Systems Validation Engineer and take on a challenging role in the aerospace industry.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Systems Validation Engineer to join our team in Cheltenham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing verification plans based on ARP4754 guidelines, ensuring comprehensive coverage of system requirements.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, hardware engineers, and project managers, to drive successful project outcomes. Your expertise in communication protocols (RS485, CAN, ARINC-429, Ethernet) will be essential in designing and executing test procedures for system integration and validation.

As a Digital Systems Validation Engineer, you will also be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, promoting the adoption of agile and scrum methodologies for project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement verification plans based on ARP4754 guidelines.
  • Design and execute test procedures for system integration and validation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.
  • Utilize test equipment effectively to perform verification activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in aerospace systems verification, with a proven track record of leading teams through complex projects.
  • Deep understanding of ARP4754 guidelines and other relevant aerospace regulations.
