Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Systems Validation Specialist to join our team in Cheltenham. As a key member of our aerospace systems verification team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing verification plans based on ARP4754 guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement verification plans to ensure comprehensive coverage of system requirements.
  • Utilize expertise in communication protocols (RS485, CAN, ARINC-429, Ethernet) to design and execute test procedures for system integration and validation.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in high-voltage environments, applying electrical engineering principles to ensure the safety and reliability of systems.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, promoting the adoption of agile and scrum methodologies for project execution.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in aerospace systems verification, with a proven track record of leading teams through complex projects.
  • Deep understanding of ARP4754 guidelines and other relevant aerospace regulations.
  • Experience working in high-voltage environments, with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.
