What will your role entail?

In this position, you will collaborate with a passionate team and engage with our expanding customer base. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service and addressing customer inquiries
  • Offering specialized services such as boot fittings, gait analysis, and more
  • Mentoring and onboarding new team members
  • Enhancing leadership skills and operational knowledge through our eLearning platform and development team
  • Performing key holder responsibilities, including store opening and closing
  • Maintaining a safe and compliant work environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and store policies
  • Leading the team in the absence of senior management
  • Coaching team members to foster a high-performance culture and improve service delivery
  • Assisting with administrative and compliance tasks
