Job Title: Senior Manager Statistical Programming

Bicycle Therapeutics is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Statistical Programming to lead our clinical studies team. As a key member of our Biostatistics department, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality statistical programming deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and validate programming specifications for tables, listings, and figures
  • Design and implement SAS programs to generate statistical reports and datasets
  • Apply knowledge of CDISC standards and drug development principles to develop and validate SDTM and ADaM datasets
  • Collaborate with Biostatisticians, Data Managers, and other stakeholders to address statistical programming needs
  • Conduct statistical programming and simulations to support clinical decision-making and regulatory interactions
Requirements:
  • Good Clinical Practice (GCP) proficiency
  • Advanced knowledge of biostatistics and relevant disciplines related to clinical development and clinical studies
  • Proficient programming skills using SAS, with experience in BASE SAS, SAS/STAT, and SAS Macro
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
