Huntswood is seeking a skilled Senior Complaint Handler to join an exciting project for a large retail bank. As a Senior Complaint Handler, you will provide a high-quality service to customers by resolving their complaints in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate customer complaints to a high level and communicate resolutions in a bespoke letter and over the telephone.
- Use your experience to collect information and deliver the right outcome to customers, ensuring decisions are clear, justified, and audited accordingly.
- Interrogate various systems to gather information and raise suggestions for improving the customer journey.
- Prepare bespoke letters to support clear and compliant communication with customers.
- A minimum of 24-months banking complaint handling experience, including writing bespoke final response letters.
- Business Banking product experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of FCA and FOS regulations surrounding complaints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take and make calls to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience of providing feedback and guidance on the complaints process.
- Commitment to work at client's office in Bristol.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to navigate in-house databases.
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word.
