Senior Complaint Handler Opportunity

Huntswood is seeking a skilled Senior Complaint Handler to join an exciting project for a large retail bank. As a Senior Complaint Handler, you will provide a high-quality service to customers by resolving their complaints in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate customer complaints to a high level and communicate resolutions in a bespoke letter and over the telephone.
  • Use your experience to collect information and deliver the right outcome to customers, ensuring decisions are clear, justified, and audited accordingly.
  • Interrogate various systems to gather information and raise suggestions for improving the customer journey.
  • Prepare bespoke letters to support clear and compliant communication with customers.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 24-months banking complaint handling experience, including writing bespoke final response letters.
  • Business Banking product experience is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of FCA and FOS regulations surrounding complaints.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take and make calls to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience of providing feedback and guidance on the complaints process.
  • Commitment to work at client's office in Bristol.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate in-house databases.
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word.
