Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpenter and Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Clarion. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class repairs service to our properties in North and South London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out carpentry and maintenance work to a high standard, ensuring all repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and deadlines.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance plans and schedules.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in carpentry and maintenance, with a strong background in fitting and replacing UPVC windows and doors.
  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge of building maintenance practices.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Valid UK driving license and ability to use a company vehicle.
  • Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
