We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at Impression Recruitment Limited. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and developing tailored strategies to drive client success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to promote further growth and expansion.
  • Develop and Implement Client Success Strategies: Develop and implement tailored strategies to drive client success and achieve business objectives.
  • Track and Analyze Campaign Success: Track and analyze campaign successes to identify areas for improvement and optimize future campaigns.
  • Conduct Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities that can inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to align resources and deliver exceptional service to clients.
Requirements:
  • Previous Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Results-Driven: A relentless drive to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results, even in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively with colleagues to ensure clients receive the best possible service.
