Job Title: AWS Marketplace Operations Specialist

Bytes Software Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Vendor Alliances & Commercial Operations division as an AWS Marketplace Operations Specialist.

This role is pivotal in supporting, orchestrating, and delivering our marketplace practice, focusing specifically on the operational facets of the AWS Marketplace Channel Partner Private Offer process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute end-to-end operations of the AWS Marketplace, with a specialized focus on the Channel Partner Private Offer Process.
  • Serve as a dedicated resource for the sales team, partners, and customers, offering expert insights into AWS Marketplace capabilities.
  • Support and guide the sales team in ensuring the successful management and renewal of existing marketplace private offers, utilizing available reporting platforms to track and ensure the timely execution of new offers.
  • Collaborate with sales partners to articulate the value proposition and benefits of utilizing the AWS Marketplace.
  • Efficiently log, track, and oversee all incoming opportunities, utilizing internal tools and report as well the AWS' own ACE Platform to manage pipeline progression and accuracy.
  • Take ownership and responsibility for maintaining and updating supporting collateral and collaborate with our marketing team and AWS to ensure content is relevant and communicated correctly.
  • Support in identifying growth opportunities and actively participate in business development initiatives, contributing to the development and execution of strategic plans for AWS Marketplace operations.
  • Collaborate with AWS Marketplace teams to stay aligned with best practices, guidelines, and operational standards.

This role involves collaboration with diverse teams, including Sales, ISVs, customers, and AWS teams. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the Vendor Alliances & Commercial Operations division.
