About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced ERP System Support Specialist to join our client's team. As a key member of the IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to colleagues relating to the company's ERP system.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all ERP system-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to colleagues on how to access and utilize the ERP system.
- Provide remote and on-site support to colleagues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to non-technical colleagues, responding to their requests and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Support a diverse range of customers, including colleagues from Engineering, Finance, and HR departments.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience working with ERP systems, with a strong understanding of system functionality and troubleshooting techniques.
- Background working in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
- Previous experience with PowerBI, Epicor ERP, and SSRS would be beneficial.
