Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Duty Manager to join our esteemed hotel team.

About the Role: This is an excellent opportunity for a vibrant and proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in the daily operations of our award-winning establishment.

Location: Nestled in a picturesque area, our hotel offers a unique experience on the edge of the stunning Yorkshire Dales.

Salary: Competitive remuneration in the range of £28,000 - £32,000.

Requirements: Candidates must possess a valid driving license due to the rural setting of our hotel.

About Us: Our award-winning hotel and restaurant is renowned for its commitment to quality, featuring locally sourced cuisine and a limited number of guest accommodations. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager and team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Engage in all aspects of the daily management of the hotel.
  • Utilize your previous experience in hospitality to enhance guest satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate: This role is ideal for an existing Assistant or Duty Manager, supervisor, or a seasoned team member looking to advance their career in hospitality.

Employment Type: This is a full-time, permanent position.
