We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Forecasting Analyst to join our team at Ingeus. As a key member of our Capacity Planning department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality data and insights to inform operational decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and support a team of forecasting analysts to deliver high-quality forecasts and insights.
- Establish, maintain, and grow strong, collaborative relationships with key internal and external partners to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Create short, medium, and long-term business performance forecasts, including contractual assessment volume and workflow forecasts, to inform operational targets and resource plans.
- Design and produce accurate workload volume forecasts for Operations, inclusive of timings and shrinkage assumptions, through the collation and analysis of data.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making, financial planning, and forecasting.
- Creation and maintenance of a model to determine daily, weekly, and monthly operational targets by benefit type, channel mix, and to site/provider level.
- Creation and maintenance of a demand plan to supply recruitment partners with monthly targets by location and clinical skillset.
- Undertake variance analysis, reviewing actual performance against the most up-to-date plan, latest forecast, and contractual profiles.
- Identify trends in business information using predictive analytics to support internal decision-making.
- Use data visualization and communication skills to create and present complex data to a variety of audiences in tailored reports and summaries.
- Continuously review data to provide insight and develop strategies to optimize performance.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a business intelligence or forecasting capacity.
- Experience in using Management Information tools and visualization technologies, such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI.
- Experience in using data processing tools, such as Excel, VBA, SQL, Python, or R.
- Excellent planning, time management, and organization skills.
- Experience of data analysis across diverse sources.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience of delivering reports to senior stakeholders.
- Able to work flexibly in a fast-paced, dynamic organization and respond to needs with urgency.
- Passion for analysis and commitment to performance improvement.
