About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Building Consultancy to join our team at ADLIB Recruitment | B Corp®. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and creative excellence in our PR agency.

As a Director of Building Consultancy, you will work closely with our agency owner to shape and deliver the strategic vision of the business. You will oversee key client accounts, delivering successful PR campaigns from conception through to execution. Your passion for mentoring, team leadership, and operational management will be essential in driving the success of our PR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the agency's PR team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Oversee key client accounts, delivering successful PR campaigns from conception through to execution.
  • Drive new business efforts, helping to grow the agency's client portfolio and service offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with excellent people management skills.
  • Strong understanding of PR fundamentals, including media relations, content development, and crisis management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
