Joshua Robert Recruitment is representing a vibrant and fast-growing student accommodation firm with a national presence. Their mission is to deliver exceptional living experiences for both students and property owners. We are seeking a Property Portfolio Manager to join the Asset Management division.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all management functions related to your designated property portfolio.
2. Foster and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and service providers.
3. Manage communications through various channels including phone and email.
4. Conduct property inspections throughout tenancy periods to ensure compliance with standards.
5. Coordinate tenancy transitions and inventory assessments.
6. Provide strategic investment guidance to property owners regarding their existing and prospective portfolios.
7. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate updates to landlord, tenant, and contractor accounts.

Essential Skills:
- Strong communication abilities to deliver exceptional service to all stakeholders.
- Previous experience in property asset management is preferred.
- Adaptability and flexibility in work approach.

Additional Benefits:
- Performance-based bonus scheme.
- Standard working hours: 30 hours per week, with occasional Saturday shifts.

Requirements:
- A valid driving license is necessary; having a personal vehicle is advantageous.
