Are you looking for a new challenge to grow and make a difference in property management? This role offers the chance to oversee a diverse and exciting property portfolio while working with cross-functional teams in finance, operations, and legal.

As a Property Portfolio Manager, you'll be responsible for tenancy and lease management, rent negotiations, insurance, compliance, and more. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping property asset management strategies, delivering results, and driving value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and establish a robust property management strategy within your first 100 days.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align property portfolio management with key business goals.
  • Oversee relationships with insurers and brokers, covering risk management for property, business interruption, public liability, and more.
  • Work closely with legal teams on drafting, reviewing, and maintaining leases, licences, and management agreements.
  • Ensure all property agreements and documents are updated and managed within a property database.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in commercial property management experience, ideally within multi-site consumer businesses.
  • A genuine passion for property, with a drive to bring value and innovation to the role.
  • Familiarity with legal documents, occupational structures, and compliance.

Work Environment:

This role offers flexible working, including options for hybrid working between the office and home. You'll be based in either our London or Bristol hub, with some travel between these locations and regular visits to properties in the UK, EU, and Switzerland. Our Agile Working Policy encourages flexibility, with an expectation of three days per week in an office or property location.
