About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a German Speaking Recruitment Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Actively headhunting candidates across Scandinavia for clients in the Infrastructure, Technology, Life Sciences, and Energy sectors.
  • Managing the entire life cycle of the recruitment process, from initial contact to placement.
  • Negotiating and building relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Contributing to the strategy and overall direction of the business within your sector.
  • Developing and establishing new markets, offices, and industries for the business.
  • Participating in one-on-one mentoring with Directors and external training programs.
  • Identifying new initiatives that could benefit the business.
  • Booking client meetings and exploring opportunities to visit Scandinavia.
