Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Recruiters with German Language skills to join our growing team in our London office (our EMEA Team) to help us achieve our goals.

As a Recruiter, your main responsibility will be to deliver high-quality candidates to a number of high-profile clients, working on permanent and contract roles with some of the best clients across the EMEA region - with a core focus on Germany.

  1. Full cycle recruitment responsibilities; identifying, sourcing, and placing talented permanent and consulting candidates.
  2. Utilize job boards, networking, direct recruitment, social media, and other advanced recruitment methodologies to identify top talent.
  3. Build long-lasting quality relationships with industry professionals.

We are looking for someone with:

  1. Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant working within life sciences, pharma, medical devices, or a similar fast-paced and regulated industry.
  2. Fluent German language skills are a requirement for this position.
  3. Flexible hours & Hybrid working.
