We are seeking a skilled and motivated Community Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Inverurie Hospital, working with the Aberdeenshire Health & Social Care Partnership.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload under the supervision of the Team & Deputy Team Leader, providing care for individuals referred from GP Practices in Central Aberdeenshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop care plans for older adults with functional and organic illnesses
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality care
- Manage a caseload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Requirements:
- Band 5 RMN qualification and registration with the NMC
- Experience working with older adults, including functional and organic illnesses
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
