Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Staffing Coordinator to join our team at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in facilitating medical staffing and building strong relationships with doctors and dentists.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with medical staff to ensure seamless staffing operations
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand contractual employment matters and optimize staffing workflows
  • Prepare and analyze complex reports to inform staffing decisions and drive business improvement

Requirements:

  • Education to a degree level in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities under pressure
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
