Job Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing processes
  • Maintain high work standards and adhere to quality guidelines
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Previous experience in production or similar roles, with a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles
  • Knowledge of production equipment and processes
  • Experience with wood cutting tools and FLT licenses are desirable but not essential
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work day and late shifts, with a commitment to meeting production deadlines
