Job Description

As a Caller at Mecca Bingo, you will be responsible for delivering a professional and engaging bingo experience to our customers. You will be a confident communicator, able to engage with both your team and customers, and ensure that the main bingo product is delivered consistently and with a focus on fun.

We are looking for fun, adaptable, and caring individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. You will be a natural fit for our STARS values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions, and will be able to demonstrate the behaviours that help bring excitement and entertainment to our customers and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a professional and engaging bingo experience to customers
  • Ensure that the main bingo product is delivered consistently and with a focus on fun
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
