About the Role

We are seeking a talented Electrical Engineer or Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative and technically excellent design solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver coordinated design solutions for a variety of projects, including healthcare, higher education, science and research, transport, and commercial sectors.
  • Support the development of initial engineering concepts through to the delivery of detailed designs and specifications.
  • Undertake site surveys and investigations to ensure designs are feasible and effective.
  • Contribute to the development of new and innovative ways of working, with a focus on digital skills and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a high reputation within the industry through adherence to our Integrated Management System.
  • Support community benefit initiatives, such as STEM activities.
  • Develop an awareness of construction procurement routes, project management skills, and financial acumen.
  • Actively maintain CPD records.
What We're Looking For
  • A collaborative, creative, and driven individual with a passion for building services engineering and interdisciplinary design.
  • Previous consultancy experience, with an appreciation for complementary specialisms such as acoustics, fire engineering, and computer modeling.
  • Working towards or achieved Chartered Engineer status.
  • Courage to innovate and develop new ways of working.
  • Autonomous approach, with the ability to lead small projects and tasks, and work under minimal supervision.
  • Ownership of the quality of our outputs.
