About the Role

We are seeking a talented Electrical Engineer or Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering innovative design solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on a diverse portfolio of projects across various sectors, including Healthcare, Higher Education, Science & Research, Transport, and Commercial.
  • Support the development of initial engineering concepts through to the delivery of detailed designs and specifications.
  • Undertake site surveys and investigations, and see your designs become a reality.
  • Contribute to developing new and innovative ways of working, with a strong emphasis on digital skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and systems, ensuring we provide the best solutions for our clients.
  • Maintain a high reputation within the industry through adherence to our Integrated Management System.
  • Support Community Benefit initiatives, such as STEM activities.
  • Develop an awareness of construction procurement routes, project management skills, and financial acumen.
  • Actively maintain your CPD records.
What We're Looking For
  • A collaborative, creative, and driven individual willing to learn, develop, and contribute to our dynamic engineering team.
  • A clear understanding of Building Services Engineering and interdisciplinary design through all stages of the design process.
  • Previous consultancy experience, with an appreciation for complementary specialisms such as acoustics, fire engineering, and computer modeling.
  • Working towards or achieved Chartered Engineer status.
  • The courage to innovate and develop new ways of working.
  • An autonomous approach, with the ability to lead small projects/tasks and take a brief from the project lead on medium to large-scale projects.
