Key Responsibilities
- Operate trains safely and efficiently, ensuring the well-being of passengers and crew.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of rail service standards, focusing on creating a relaxed, fast, efficient, and fun experience for passengers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service, addressing passenger queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Participate in safety-critical activities, adhering to strict protocols and procedures to ensure the highest standards of safety.
- Engage with passengers, providing information and assistance to enhance their travel experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a qualified train driver or conductor, with a strong safety record.
