About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges, and providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop trusting relationships with customers and understand their business needs and technical challenges.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers on AWS services and solutions.
  • Work with customers to identify and prioritize their technical needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Solutions Architects, Business Developers, and Sales Account Managers, to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and solutions, and apply this knowledge to drive customer success.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical engineering role, with a focus on cloud computing and AWS services.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
