Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide customers with a memorable experience by ensuring every pint is poured to perfection and every customer receives a warm welcome.
  2. Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence, demonstrating a positive can-do attitude and being a real team player.
  3. Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork and adapting to whatever challenges arise.
  4. Ensure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

What You'll Bring

  3. A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to be a role model to the team.
  4. Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry, with a focus on customer service and team management.
