About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team as a Hotel Cleanliness Expert at Delta Hotels Heathrow Windsor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained to the highest standards.
  • Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms, making sure to restock linens, toiletries, and other essentials.
  • Make beds and fold sheets to a high standard, paying attention to detail and ensuring a comfortable sleeping environment for our guests.
  • Remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items from guest rooms and public areas, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Greet guests and take care of their requests in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring everything is in its place and looking its best.
  • Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Vacuum carpets and perform other floor care duties to ensure all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
