We are seeking a qualified Psychiatry Doctor with GMC registration and relevant experience to join our multi-disciplinary team.
As a Bank Resident Medical Officer, you will be part of a newly established mental health service dedicated to providing care for individuals experiencing mental health challenges and trauma.
In your role as an RMO, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services, performing health assessments, participating in patient reviews, and working collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure that patients receive appropriate medical care.
- Location: Dunnock View, Tendring, Clacton-on-Sea
Engage in a trauma-informed care approach and play a crucial role in the management of acute mental health conditions, including psychosis, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate both mental and physical health
- Provide comprehensive handovers
- Address emerging health issues
- Collaborate with various teams
- Complete assessments in a timely manner
- Facilitate prompt medical referrals
Essential Requirements:
- GMC registration
- Experience in Psychiatry
- Recent appraisal/RITA
- At least 1 year of experience in Psychiatry
- Preferred experience in PICU/Secure services
