Your Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled individual to manage contracts, meet KPIs, and SLAs. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of operators, distributing workloads, and overseeing contact centre operations
- Providing training and development opportunities to enhance team performance
- Generating weekly, monthly, and yearly reports to monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement
- Managing timesheets and ensuring compliance with company policies
Requirements:
- Experience in contract management, focusing on KPIs and SLAs
- Proficiency in CAFM systems
- Background in maintenance and construction
