Clinical Lead Specialist - Neuropsychiatry Opportunity

Iris Care Group is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead Specialist to join our team at St Peter's Hospital in Newport, South Wales.

This exciting opportunity is part of our Specialist Neuropsychiatric service, where you will work as a Band 8a Clinical Nurse Specialist, Neuropsychiatry. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high standards of patient-centred care within key quality domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application of clinical care and interventions to enhance quality, improve service delivery, and have positive experience outcomes for patients, carers, and staff.
  • Supporting effective practical leadership in service areas and promoting a culture of high performance and clinical excellence.
  • Monitoring and supporting assigned care pathway quality and improvement plans.
  • Working in partnership with Unit Managers to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, as well as coordination of quality improvement initiatives, clinical audit, and NICE guidelines.
