Job Title: Deputy Head of Department for Learning Support and EHCP Lead

As a key member of the Learning Support Team, you will work closely with teaching staff, parents, and students to ensure every student achieves their potential. Your role will involve providing targeted support and intervention under the direction of the Head of Learning Support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to students' wellbeing and achievement
  • Work with teaching staff, parents, and students to provide targeted support and intervention
  • Collaborate with the Head of Learning Support to develop and implement support strategies

Requirements:
  • 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday with flexibility to meet business needs
  • Salary: £28,983 - £31,676 per annum (scale Point 27 - 30 on the Weymouth and Kingston Maurward College Academic Salary Scales depending on experience)
