About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food Production and Service Assistant to join our team at Fife College, Dunfermline Campus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the production of cold food in our central production area and serving food and beverages to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
  • Operate the till and manage financial transactions
  • Restock goods and maintain displays
  • Clean and maintain back-of-house areas, crockery, and cutlery
  • Follow food hygiene and safety procedures
  • Undertake relevant training and development opportunities
Requirements

We are looking for a reliable team player with excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering great customer service. Previous kitchen experience or food prep experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided for this role. A DBS check is required.
