Daniel Owen Ltd is excited to present an opportunity for two skilled Repairs Supervisors to oversee a range of maintenance projects in the West London region. Our client is a prominent Housing Contractor seeking experienced professionals to lead their operational teams.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the execution of repairs contracts, ensuring all team members operate effectively and efficiently.
2. Ensure that subcontractor and supplier tasks are performed according to the provided work schedules and meet all contractual KPI targets.
3. Communicate with clients to address any inquiries or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
4. Guarantee that all work is completed punctually and meets high-quality standards.
5. Strive to meet and exceed client expectations consistently.
6. Ensure all documentation and reports are accurately completed and submitted in accordance with company protocols.
7. Monitor adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.
8. Share responsibility for maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
9. Complete necessary time sheets, work sheets, and reports as required.

Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor in Social Housing.
- Background in reactive repairs, voids, or planned works projects.
