The Mortgage Support Coordinator Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Mortgage Support Coordinator to join our team. This position is crucial for ensuring the efficient operation of our brokerage services, offering vital assistance to our Mortgage Advisors. You will play a key role in managing the flow of new and ongoing business, ensuring that every aspect of the mortgage application process is handled effectively. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Mortgage Advisors by managing and reviewing documents, ensuring that all required paperwork is accurate and complete
  • Evaluate the feasibility of mortgage cases, conducting initial assessments to aid the advisors' decision-making
  • Engage in client communication, serving as a bridge between advisors and clients to collect information, update them on case status, and maintain a high standard of service
  • Help sustain client relationships through timely and effective communication, ensuring excellence in customer service at every interaction
  • Maintain and update client records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy standards
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and service quality within the brokerage team

Qualifications and Experience for the Mortgage Support Coordinator Role
