Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established financial advisory and mortgage brokerage based in the North West as a Mortgage Adviser. The company is looking for a self-employed individual to work from home, providing mortgage advice to clients and generating business leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide mortgage advice to clients and assist with mortgage applications
  • Generate business leads through proactive marketing and networking
  • Work closely with the company's administration team to ensure smooth case progression
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements

  • Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent
  • Experience as a Mortgage Adviser, preferably in a self-employed role
  • Ability to self-generate business and meet sales targets

Benefits

  • Self-employed role with an OTE of £48,000 - £60,000
  • 50% commission on company leads and 70% commission on self-generated business
  • Home-based role with flexible working hours
  • Admin support provided by the company
