We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our visitors receive exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food and excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement menus that showcase the best of seasonal ingredients and meet the needs of our visitors.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, stock control, and waste management.
- Work closely with the Food and Beverage management team to achieve financial targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements- Proven experience as a professional chef, with a passion for food and a friendly and positive attitude.
- Confident about following recipes and batch-cooking, and willing to learn.
- Aware of health and safety compliance.
- Happy leading a team, and able to set personal objectives and give feedback to help improve performance.
- Aware of budgets such as increasing income and controlling costs.
