Location: Aldridge
Salary: £39,546 - £41,146 with opportunities for overtime at 1.5x rate.
Work Schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off, followed by 4 nights on and 4 off, providing ample time off throughout the year, plus an additional 20 days of annual leave.
Role Overview:
This position is essential for maintaining plant functionality through the execution of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), responsive repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Adhering to high standards of engineering, compliance, and health & safety is crucial on a daily basis.
We are looking for candidates with expertise in:
- Multi-skilled Engineering or Technical roles
- Mechanical Engineering or Technical positions
- Electrical Engineering or Technical roles
- Maintenance Fitting, Engineering, or Technical roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective breakdown repair services to ensure operational efficiency.
- Design and execute a preventative maintenance strategy to reduce downtime.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks and manage external contractor interactions.
- Stay informed about health & safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
- Engineering qualifications at NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
