About the Role

Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and driving sales and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a warm, positive, and professional welcome to each customer, while delivering high-quality service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Sales and Retention: Proactively drive membership sales, provide accurate information and assist customers in selecting the right level of membership, and assist with lead generation.
  • Communication and Promotion: Assist in the communication and promotion of the Centre's services, and ensure that customers are aware of the benefits and offerings of our membership programs.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the front-of-house area, monitoring and controlling entry to the Centre, and ensuring that all customer sales and bookings are managed correctly.
  • Complaint Resolution: Manage complaints in a sensitive manner, promptly and politely, in accordance with company guidelines, and escalate where necessary to the relevant people.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Process and prepare food and drink orders, assist with service when required, and present and sell food and drink stock to customers in a friendly, efficient, and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers, and actively anticipate and meet their needs.
  • Sales and Retention Skills: Proven sales and retention skills, with the ability to achieve KPIs and sales targets, and drive customer loyalty.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Complaint Resolution: Ability to manage complaints in a sensitive manner, and escalate where necessary to the relevant people.
